The LJTJ 2540 automatic sealing robot is a new design from LIJIANG GLASS. This equipment is changed from three sections to two sections, which save a lot space for customers. It can connect with the IG line, after the double , triple , step or shaped IG units are pressed or filled argon gas sometimes, then the IG units are transferred to the sealing robot. The sealing robot machine is used to seal the four sides of the insulating glass by polysufide or silicone glue, in order to keep its good sealing.

Details instruction
1. One Set of Glue System :Equipped with single A component and single B component.
2. Two Sets of Glue Systems:Equipped with two sets of A components and two sets of B components, which can be used for two kinds of different sealants, such as silicone rubber, polysulfide rubber, silicone structural adhesive and so on.
3. Mainly designs :
(1) Seal double units, triple units, (four sizes) step units and shaped units.
(2) Could seal eight shapes of IG units.
